Atulit Developers LLP is a partnership firm set up by its partners to venture into building commercial real estate space in the Nilgiris. The firm was set up in 2021 at a time when the Nilgiris needed more organised development of shops, offices and other commercial spaces which address comprehensive needs of parking, integrated services and toilet facilities. We believe in building the basics right, and this will attract retail businesses to lease and own space and allow customers to shop and spend time in such spaces.
At Atulit, we view the commercial real market with optimism in specific locations in Coonoor as activity around the town grows. The future for market spaces, work spaces and other business activity has evolved over the last 30 years with places like Bedford, Brooklands and the Coonoor-Kotagiri roads being active zones for people to visit and live in.

Fathailal Kailash Sancheti brings over 24 years of experience to the table. He currently oversees the real estate sector activities of non competing businesses, leveraging his expertise and knowledge to benefit the company.
SACHIN SANCHETI
Sachin Sancheti, a graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS), has one years of work experience in Singapore and nine years in the real estate sector in the Nilgiris. He is currently leading the planning, engineering, development and closely works with all consultants on the projects.
